Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using TameMyBrain ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
TameMyBrain is a personal productivity tool that lets you create and manage lists, tasks, habits, and focus sessions. You may use the Service for lawful personal or professional purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems, or use it in any way that could harm other users or the integrity of the platform.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
3. Your content
You own the content you create in TameMyBrain — your lists, tasks, and other data belong to you. By using the Service, you grant TameMyBrain a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Google integrations
TameMyBrain optionally integrates with Google Calendar and Google Tasks. If you connect these services, you authorize TameMyBrain to access and manage the specific data you choose to sync. You can disconnect these integrations at any time from your profile. TameMyBrain's use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Email-to-task inbox
TameMyBrain provides an email-to-task feature that allows you to create tasks by sending email to a designated address. By using this feature, you acknowledge that emails sent to this address will be processed by TameMyBrain to create tasks in your account. Only emails from your registered account address will be processed.
6. Availability and changes
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TameMyBrain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
